Spence Allen has more than 25 years of experience in financial management with technology companies. He has played a prominent role in the successful public offerings of Jet America Airlines, PDA Engineering and Interleukin Genetics.
Allen received a bachelor's degree in engineering science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a master of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in finance from George Washington University.
